Just to kill some time while lurking - there is an interesting Motivator Thread in Polish section of forums. While some of them are in polish language, the thread is still full of win when it comes to English motivators. I especially recommend those posted by Gumowy and GvS. The first one was cool, too bad they deleted it from your PB. In this new version of forums you may attach files, such as images, directly to your post, if you can't host it elsewhere.
